1 WATER Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

By removing from play 1 monster in your Graveyard with an ATK higher than this monster's ATK and discarding 2 cards from your hand, this monster can attack directly during your next Battle Phase. During your End Phase, change this card to face-down Defense Position.

This card's name is treated as "Umi". Once per turn, place 1 Deep Counter on this card. If a WATER monster or this card would be destroyed, you can remove 3 Deep Counters from the field instead. Once per turn, you can increase the Level of a monster in your hand by 1 (permanently). If you do, both players must reveal their hands. If the total Level of the monsters in your hand is lower than the total Level of the monsters in your opponent's hand, activate 1 of the following effects:

•Select 1 monster you control. It can attack twice during your next Battle Phase.

•You can destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card on the field.

If you control 1 "Deep Umi", you can activate this card in your Spell & Trap Card Zones. Treat this card as a Continuous Spell Card while it is a Spell & Trap Card Zone. Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 WATER monster you control to Special Summon 1 WATER monster with an equal or lower Level to the removed monster.

You can Special Summon this monster from your hand if your opponent controls at least 2 cards, including at least 1 Effect Monster. If you Special Summoned this monster in this way, you can destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card on the field.

why would a tropedo deal 900 damage to you if it was a spell. why not boom! your opponent loses 500 :)

anyway i thiunk the ocg is

destroy one spell or trap card on the field. If it is a spell card, deal 900 points of damage to your life points.

......i think- im not the greatest at ocg

7/10

Good card, it's got a downside, but why is it only for spell cards, and not for spells and traps?

Had this been a real card, it would be in any deck of mine.

I've been gone for a few months, so I can't really rate your OCG, but this card has a pretty useful effect.

Effect is simple. I'm not a fan that you have to take the damage even if it is small.

Great S/T destruction though. How about changing the effect too:

Destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card on the field. The controller of the destroyed card draws 1 card.

How about that as the 'drawback'? That way it's kinda a win-win if you use it on yourself or not.

If you target one of your S/T, you draw a card.

If you target your opponent's you get to remove a mysterious S/T just laying their.

And that way, since you can target both, their's a good chance the 'status' would either be in the Limited or Semi-Limited area, and maybe not even touched by the Ban List at all.

And, seeing it says 'You can' in the beginning, I think it should be a Quick-Play.

But that's all IMO, on the card itself. It gets a rating of 9.4/10
