The Name could use some work to make it sound more cool. Matches the epic pic though. Pay = pay (for the card's OCG)

 

Poor stats for a Level 5 monster. I've seen Level 5-6's with Level 4 stats but that's just poor.

Give it a really helpful effect to balance out the poor stats your going to give it.

I suggest if your going to keep poor stats, make the ATK as high as 2000 and the same with DEF.

The cost is to small to nuke the field when the card is destroyed by a card effect.

I'd change the effect like this to add a bit of nice-ness to the card, making it more usable.

When this card is destroyed by a card effect, pay ____ Life Points to destroy all cards on the field, and inflict ___ points of damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to the number of cards destroyed.

The first ____ is a 4 digit number, probably from 1000-2000.

The second ___ is a 3 digit number, probably from 200-800.

IMO this would make the card way more usable.

And to fit the Fairy theme, maybe change the cost to something not involving paying LP,

And instead of inflicting damage per card destroyed to your opponent, you gain LP equal to the cards destroyed.

But for now, the card gets a 6.8/10 for the great attempt.
