what he means is its impossible to have a card 'face up' AND 'in your hand'. its either one or the other.

 

maybe you should just say 'in your hand'

OCG fix (I think):

Immediatly after this card is summoned, return it to your hand revealed. While this card in your hand remains revealed, it can declare an attack. Your opponent cannot select this card as an attack target while in your hand. Discard 1 card during each of your Standby Phases. If you cannot, this card is Special Summoned to your side of the field in Defense Position.
