You should reword the effect to this "When this card is Normal Summoned and your opponent controls 1 or more face-up monster, this card gains ATK equal to 1 face-up monster they control." or something like that. Overall I like the concept of that card o:

I agree on that. The text of the effect is unclear and does not work for the OCG. But the effect's concept is nice.

First off, that is Zabuza from Naruto. Second, the OCG is unclear. But I can tell you put some effort in this. 5/10 for the effort.
