I think that is correct OCG im not sure

 

 

If u are gonna have this effect it should be continuous

 

But i think it should be a normal spell and u should only use the effect once

Nice card... good effect, except the card should be a Quick Play or a Continuous card.

 

Example: This card destroys all Face-Up non-WATER monsters on the field. -This is the Quick Play example-

 

Example: For the Continuous effect, keep the cards effect like it is.

This is really OP, considering that if you go against someone you know who has a Lightsworn Deck or something. It's basically a Raigeki, which is banned. 7/10

I beg to differ. Nightmare's Steelcage and Swords of Revealing Light can stay for a period of time. If the TC makes the lasting(lack of better words) effect similar to these card's it can stay on the field and his card would pretty much be an even more OP'd version of Crush Card Virus.
