This card can not be selected as an attack target. When this monster is removed from the field you can summon Sea Serpent of Persent to the field.The second one EffectThis card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned inless you summon it by the effect of Sea Serpent of Past. When this card is summoned all monsters on your oppenent side of the field are destroyed. This card cannot attack on the turn its summoned. When this monster is removed from the field you can summon Sea Serpent of Future to the field.
