Here's a Galaxy Synchro for ya's. I think this might be OP'ed, but I couldn't think of a better effect.

1 "Galaxy" Tuner monster + 1 or more Machine-type non-Tuner monsters

 

If "Kyklos Galaktios" is not face-up on the field, destroy this card. By discarding one card from your hand, decrease this card's level by 6 for the remainder of the turn. If this card battles with a monster with a higher level than this, inflict 2000 damage to our opponent's Life Points before damage calculation. If this card would be destroyed by battle, you may remove from play all cards on the field and inflict damage equal to the combined level total of all monsters removed from play by this effect x100 to both players' Life Points.
