Raise the ATK of the lowest level monster on your side of the field by 300 for each monster of that type on the field --until the End Phase of the turn this card was activated--.(If two monsters have the same level, you may choose which one is targeted by this card). --Is for a Quick-Play version, otherwise, this should be an Equip.Lastly, you should probably change the title to something more befitting to the type of card it will be and its effect.
