~Duo~
"Road Cone" + "Road Cone" + "Road Cone"When this card is Fusion Summoned, you can select 1 face-up Machine-Type monster your opponent controls. When this card is removed from the field, Special Summon the monster that was removed from play by this card's effect on your opponent's side of the field. Is this what you mean? It's not exactly 1 time only, but not many effects bring something from Graveyard to Extra Deck. 7/

Radiant F.U.R.Y.™
Is this what you mean? Once only, you can activate this card's Effect. Negate the effects of all Machine-Type Monsters your opponent controls until your 3rd Standby Phase after this card's activation.
mkolp1
well....,1. it does make perfect sense (sorry for throwing a phsyc0 at you)2. it means when you use that effect, you pick one of your opponents machine type monsters that is in play, then they cant use that for three turns. Phanax Leminer
Aiku: AHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!! I got the joke now! That's so funny! OCG: Still need some work. Here is who I understand it:One time only, you can select 1 Machine-Type your opponent controls. The selected monster cannot declare an attack, activate its effect and change its battle position, until your 3rd End Phase. Effect: Funny and... really funny! XD Image and Name: Not so great on the image, but cute. Overall: 6.5/
