First, OCG check:

This card's original ATK becomes the ATK of the destroyed Level 8 or higher (you don't need that) monster. Each time a Zombie-Type monster is sent to the Graveyard, inflict 500 damage to your opponent. Each player must pay 500 Life Points to Special Summon non-Zombie-Type monsters.

 

I can't say it's overpowered if you specify that the destroyed Level 8 or higher monster must be yours (as I stated above). This guy can be quite the burner, but the conditions to Summon are not that easy so I guess it's fine

9/10 its a great card but can u lower it lvl 6 plz :3 not too many lvl 8s in a zombie deck these days XD

OCG Errors have been corrected.

 

The card is great for burn and maybe control over Summoning Monsters. Seeing if your opponent is low on LP, they wouldn't want to waste some more for a Special Summon that can be Torrential'd, BTH, and such. Kinda a +1 for you when you Summon it because Level 8 monsters can get quite high stats. But like above, I'd change it to Level 6 instead. Seeing you don't see that much Level 8+ in zombie decks these days. I think the only Level 8+ monster you would see in Zombie decks these days are Kasha. Overall, 8.4/10.

not Oped if its your monster, still a decent burner and can only imagine if used in a Zombie/Burn themed Deck (Day Dreams)
