The style this person used is reminiscent of tracing. In some cases among the shading, this user has too hard of a line to be self-drawn. At the very least, this user eyeballed the drawings.

Now that I look, I agree. However, if you ever watched Bleach you would be able to tell that Ichigo's head is extremely off, I guess it is possible that he traced another artists work though. But I think he just eye balled it.
