Domi the Mystery
This card cannot be Special Summoned except from your hand by the effect of an Effect Monster. You can only Tribute Summon this card by Tributing 1 "Perfect Machine King". This card gains 500 ATK points for each Machine-Type monster in your Graveyard. Once per turn you can send 1 Machine-Type monster from your Deck to the Graveyard. If you control a face-up "Cyber Dragon", you can Tribute it, to Special Summon 1 "Cyber Twin Dragon". That monster's original ATK becomes 1800. During your 4th Standby Phase of Summoning this card, destroy this card.
lolwhy
This card would work wonders in a Perfect Machine King Deck, since you would already have a few Machines your Graveyard(~1000ATK for this card) and once your Tribute PMK, this card's ATK is ~1500. Use it's effect and ~2000ATK. Too bad UFO Turtle can't Summon it(otherwise, it would be OP'd... Kind of). Great work, even though this card is more of a beatstick than anything else. Anbu-of-Sand
Pretty good for a beater. Great Perfect Machine King and Cyber Twin Dragon Support. The problem is, that x 500 per Machine in the Grave is just to small for a Level 10. I'd make it x 600-800 that way it's worth getting out. I'm not really a fan how you changed Cyber Twin's Stats to 1800 though. I'd make it 2000-2400. That way it has potential to run over some Level 5+ monsters, and not just Level 4 and lower ones. And maybe when you tribute the Cyber Dragon to Special Summon 1 Cyber Twin Dragon, the Cyber Dragon gets RFP? And where do you Special Summon the Twin Dragon from? The Extra Deck or Grave? It'd also be more balanced if the Cyber Twin Dragon got RFP when removed from the field. Not a fan how it this card gets destroyed in 4 Turns. I'd at least make it 4th End Phase. That way you can use it 1 last time. Overall, great attempt on a card that supports Cyber Dragon and Perfect Machine King. 8.9/
lolwhy
anbu-of-sand is right: it's too weak(Level 10) to be destroyed within 4 turns. You can also make the Tribute requirement be based on "Machine King" monsters. For example, the weaker of the Machine Kings gives this a base ATK of 500 plus the ATK gain and the stronger gives this an original ATK of 1500 plus the ATK gain. EDIT:Nice name, lol.
