The picture is very un Yugioh-ish. It's a bit OP'ed. I like the destroy at End Phase effect. However, the burn seems a but much. Basically, if your opponent has 5 monsters on the field (less than 2200 ATK or DEF), then you attack with this card, they lose 2000 Life Points and their entire defense. Still, it's a nice idea 8/10

Nice card and idea. There should be a space between the "x" and "400," btw. Also, "opponent" is always lowercase.

As stated above, the art is not very suited to the original game, so a few points off on that.

 

The card is overall overpowered in my own opinion. It's practically a field wipe. Throw this together with Mist Body and you've got a Raigeki with a nice wild fire burn effect. Sure, you take the damage too, but you're opponent is left wide open. I'd suggest lowering it's ATK and removing the burn effect to make it more balance.

 

I'll have to give it a 6/10
