Please excuse the long-arse effect... haha. And i'm sure there's an OCG error or two.

This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card can only be Normal Summoned from your hand by Tributing 1 "Alien" monster on the field and removing 2 A-Counters from anywhere on the field. Once per turn, you can place a number of A-Counters on face-up monster(s) on the field equal to the number of "Alien" monsters you control. (If a monster with an A-Counter battles an "Alien" monster, it loses 300 ATK and DEF for each A-Counter during damage calculation only). Whenever an "Alien" monster you control destroys a monster with 1 or more A-Counter(s) on it, you can remove 1 "Alien" monster in your Graveyard from play to Special Summon the destroyed monster to your side of the field at the end of the Battle Phase. You can Tribute the Summoned monster to destroy 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field with the same number of A-Counters on it and inflict damage equal to the destroyed monster's Level x 200. This monster cannot declare an attack the turn this effect is activated.

Pic is very good, but I would make it a Machine-Type becouse it doesn't really look like a "true Alien".

I understand that you wanted to make an Alien Card, but all their powerhouses (Gol'gar & Gangi'el) have Cosmic in thier name instead of Alien.

You kinda overdid it with this effect which is Chimera of previous Alien Monsters (Warlord, Mother etc). I would remove 1 (or more) of it's effects to make it more original.

I havn't spotted any errors, but even if I did I would probebly not fix them becouse of it's huge effect.

A 8/10

Remove that and your card is fine.
