11/10 very nice!! lvl 8 can use with trade in! :D

 

but the effect is kinda broken...Because even though it does do lp damage you still nuke the field and theres lots of ways you can bring this guy back or use his effect(Ex:Warrior Returning alive, Call of the Haunted, Phantom of Chaos.)

 

You could really build a deck around this guy hence why i give it an 11! :D

Grammar is pretty bad, here's the fix:

When this card is Summoned successfully, decrease this card's ATK by 200 for each card in your Graveyard. If this card's ATK becomes 2000 or less by this card's effect, you can Tribute this card to destroy each card on the field and inflict 100 damage to both player's Life Points for each card sent to the Graveyard by this card's effect. If this card is Special Summoned from the Graveyard by the effect of a monster, this card is treated as a Normal Monster.

 

Anyways, it is pretty OP'd. Why? By the time you Summon this card, there's already 4+ cards in your Graveyard, which leads to an easy trigger. This card is pretty much a CED meets Ring of Destruction. You can fix it by decreasing the ATK at which it's effect triggers and make it so it loses less ATK for each card in your Graveyard... Maybe 500 and 100(respectively)? Good effort, though.

The card is way too overpowered. Eight cards in the Graveyard and the opponent loses their field. Try to balance the card's effect more.
