Magician's dragon is over powered you should make the attack boost less and the penalty smaller.

 

Magicians unite is already a card and the card you made is a spell....so i dont see how it can be useful if you can't activate it during your opponent's turn (quickplay?)

 

I'd make apprentice have a slightly more unique effect

 

the synchro is pretty good and i LOVE Ryo (wind is my favorite attribute) <3 :D

 

keep practicing and i hope to see more cards :D
