1 "Blackwing" Tuner + 2 or more non-Tuner Monsters

When this card is summoned, remove from play 4 cards in your graveyard to destroy all cards your opponent controls. When this card attacks your opponent directly, you can decrease the ATK of this card by 1000. If you activate this effect, Special Summon 1 "Blackwing" Monster from your hand or Graveyard with an ATK equal to or lower than this card's ATK. Once per turn, if your opponent controls 4 or more Spell or Trap Cards, you can remove from play 1 card in your Graveyard no negate the activation of a Spell or Trap Card your opponnent controls and destroy it. If this card Is destroyed, you can Special Summon 1 "Blackwing" Monster from your hand or deck.

this is more proof your double accounting

 

Knock it off and stop wasting post count on accusations. That's annoying and you should be rating' date=' not arguing. Plus, he says he forgot his old YCM. It happens all the time.

 

This card is UP'd, purely because of the outrageous Summoning conditions. You need a total of four monsters on your field to Summon this beast. True, Blackwings do swarm, but holy crap. It's too bad Gale is Limited, but even so, I would rather summon Armor Master anyways.

 

What if you don't have seven cards to remove? And I don't see how that would help Blackwings, aside from the field nuke which they don't really need. Plus, the 1000 ATK loss when attacking is just silly, plunging this card even further down the UP drain. The Spell/Trap negation doesn't work unless your opponent's zone is filled with [i']4 S/Ts[/i]. Any good Yugioh player would avoid that circumstance, as it is over-extension.

 

In the end, this is a colossal four-monster requiring waste of a Zone. It's severely UP'd.

 

Armor Master does it better.

I think the pic goes really well with the card. However, it seems reasonable ONLY because of the strict Summoning conditions - but in a Blackwing Deck, the summoning is easy. The effect seems OP'ed, since 4 cards is a small price for an opponent field nuke - the drawback wouldn't effect it then. Still, nice card 8.5-9ish/10

very little synergy w/ blackwing archetype. Effect should summon or support other blackwings more effeciently. 2 Tuners? That's a no-no. Some OCG problems. Awesome pic though. Here is my suggestion (trying to be true to the original effect while giving it a more "blackwing-like" effect:
