[The Borg]

 

It was a time of champions, a time of heroes, a time of villains. The XX-Sabers were nearly wiped out by the Infernity threat. They upgraded to the XXX-Sabers and gained huge suits of mechanical armor, well most of them did anyway. They took the portal back to DT (duel terminal 1st planet) but landed on a different planet instead. With them were Naturias, Ice Barriers (a couple), Flamvell, Blackwings,and Morphtronics. They formed an alliance, known as the Defenders creating the Neo-Genex and Neo-Allies of Justice.

 

Meanwhile the infernal menace, Infernities, pursued them. They made an alliance against the Defenders with the Worms, Evil Heroes, Reactors, Inverz, Mist Valleys, and the Time monsters. This alliance, known as Zeonat, battled the Defenders.

Thats not a Synchro monster then...more like a Regular Effect monster

He's way to hard to summon...and what gives the monster there counters?

Theres a chance he may never get it to the battle ._.

He relies on a monster that gains 1 counter for each level a monster it destroys has.

The first card is severely restricted when it comes to Summoning and his effect is meh at best. Really, at best it's a Dark Core. And Time Keeper is rather useless, imo, without an effect that is.

Then that monster's gonna be on a killing spree

I've seen alot of duels ending in less than 30 turns so its a low possibility that Neo Gottoms is coming out on the field. And to remind you with that effect, therefore, he is not a synchro.

Time Keeper is underpowered since you're gonna need these combos to Synchro Summon it

Level 4 Tuner + Level 8 Non-Tuner

Level 3 Tuner + Level 9 Non-Tuner

Level 2 Tuner + Level 10 Non-Tuner

Level 1 Tuner + Level 11 Non-Tuner

It seems that card isn't worth it since it comes back and those monsters were wasted. Other than that it's a 1 Turn Beatstick

For the Tower: 4.2/10

This makes Time Keeper broken.

Did I mention the monster Neo- Gottoms relies on a 2000+ atk monster. Destroy 5 lv 4s and then you get Neo-Gottoms who is now fixed.

XXX-Sabers tend to be Mechas, they use invisible sabers fyi.

How does menace makes it broken? First try summon time keeper... Bad cards. Your cards are way hard to summon. 2/10

Gato is way to hard to get 20 counters

If someone uses Book of Moon and he had 19 counters

they go down the drain

and if he does it's a OP'd card even for the wait

XXX-Saber...no, Porn-Saber Neo-Gottoms (yes, that is his new name) is too difficult to actually use in a game. You'd never get 20 counters. And he'd have to offer you the whole Match for that kind of cost.

 

As for the Clock Tower...I don't get it.
