Coaster Guy
What is the hottest food or sauce you have ever put in your mouth? I am a big fan of hot & spicy foods. I am currently growing a lot of peppers in my garden so I can make hot sauce and other stuff like that. Every time I go to Chinese or Thai restraunts, I get the spicy foods most of the time. Discuss hot and spicy foods and anything related.
Great Unclean One: VK
...... How come this reminds me of my thread? Also, eat mexican food. They know how to do it right. That and azn food.
Coaster Guy
sorry, your thread gave me an idea to make a thread. Mexican food is ok, but there is something wrong with their food taste. But I do agree the mexicans do indeed eat hot stuff very easily.

Dark
I don't mind eating spicy food at all, and I think it is quite tasty (due to my half-Indian nature), but I don't eat it often. Eh, habanero is probably the most spiciest I've eaten. It wasn't horribly bad, especially when you know how to handle it. ;___;
SparkWyvren
Spiciest thing that i have eaten was some meat at a chinese resturant. it wosen't that spicy....

Fidel Castro
The special home made hot sauce. Made with habanaro, chyenne, tobasco, jalapano, vietmanese chiles and a couple of peppers that i can't remember the name of. (One of them is purple). Chopped up into little peices, tossed into pot of vinegar and boiled down. Garlic powder, salt, pepper (Ironic no?) and garlic powder for extra flavor. That stuff can kill a guy. But it also acts as a good laxative... or improvised pepper spray.
Felix Culpa
As a punishment, my father used to make us drink the pocket-sized bottles of Tabasco sauce. Now, nothing fazes are taste buds.
Amethyst Phoenix
I love spicy food! Cayenne, Jalapeno, Habanero, Spicy Chinese Mustard, Wasabi, Sriracha, Chipolte, Sichuan, it's all good. A Korean chef at one of the local sushi bars told me that spicy food affects the younger generation with a feeling of relaxation, similar to the "buzz" from alcohol. Why the hell are people calling the Naga Jolokia the Bhut Jolokia now? Some idiot even edited the wikipedia page >_> Probably the same people who renamed the Siberian Tiger to whatever stupid name it has now.

Coaster Guy
a week or 2 ago I challenged my dad's side of the family at a habanero eating contest, I won easily, but then my Mom told me my Grandpa was the best in my whole family at it. I lost miserably, and puked off a pontoon later that evening. I don't eat peppers raw by themselves from now on.
