Although it may be hard to Special Summon it since it has to be in your hand and it isn't search able in any way. Also, I would change its first effect to add 1 Spell Counter and it would gain 100 ATK still, but I think using Spell Counters would just make more sense and it could work with Spell Counter related cards.
