Card is OP'd once I read "draw twice a turn", then I read "direct attack". Insta-banned card.

Anyways, card grammar(I don't know if it's right, but I'm sure I'm close):

While this card is face-up choose and activate 1 of the following effects: You can draw 2 cards during your Draw Phase instead of 1 or select 1 monster you control, it can attack your opponent's Life Points directly.

 

There's no drawback/penalty/cost. You should put a heavy one on this card in order for it to be realistic. Make it a Normal Spell card instead of Continuous, it should be less OP'd, but still a card that would be banned realistically.

too strong, you can draw 2 times every turn, or you could use, let's say Blue eyes white dragon with axe of despair, to inflict 4000 to your opponent, pic a little "bland". But pic goes with the effect pretty well, in a good way. For every thing you get a 6.3/10
