Grammar mistakes:

"this card cannot be effected by spells or traps"

 

Use Instead:

 

"By paying 500 Life Points, this card can not be affected by Spell or Trap cards for the duration of this turn."

 

Card Re-Work:

Have a look at your card, see how the first letter of 'Tuner' is capitalised? Do the same to "dragon"

 

ATK/DEF points look okay, you may want to nerf it by 200/300 though to make it more balanced with the effect.

 

Decent Image.

 

Overall not a bad card.

background and pic looks like one that could fit in some chinese restraunt, but nice pic still.

create your own effects, not just effects such as:

 

increase attack by 500.

 

destroy 1 monster

 

this is not affected by (what ever card)

 

 

I wish to see more creativity out of the effects.

Alls you need to change is the effect first of all The Type should be Dragon and the(This card is not affected by the effect of Spell and Trap cards.)

 

This is what you need to do

 

make Attack 1200

 

Fix Cap errors and make a longer effect for 1 card in a thread.

 

Overall an ok card 6.1/10.
