Here are the Legendary Pokemon I have made so far.

 

[spoiler=Azelf]

Lore:If this monster is added to your hand by a card effect, special summon it to the field in ATk position.

 

[spoiler=Mesprit]

Lore:If there is a face up tuner monster on your side of the field this monster is treated as an effect monster instead of a Tuner monster. When this monster is normal summoned you can special summon one Uxie, The Being of Knowledge from your graveyard and negate its effect.

 

[spoiler=Uxie]

Lore:When this monster is summoned by any means add one Tuner monster to your hand.

 

[spoiler=Dialga]

Lore:1 tuner + 1 or more non tuner monsters.

When this monster attacks your opponent cannot use card effects until the end of the damage step. While this monster is face up on the field Palkia cannot be destroyed in battle. When this card is destroyed destroy every card on the field except Palkia.

 

[spoiler=Palkia]

Lore:1 tuner + 1 or more non tuner monsters.

When this monster would destroy a monster as a result of battle you can destroy one other card on the field instead (damage is applied normally). While this monster is face up on the field Dialga cannot be destroyed by battle. When this card is destroyed destroy every card on the field except Dialga.

 

[spoiler=Giratina]

Lore:During your end phase remove this monster from play. During your opponents end phase return this monster to your side of the field in attack position.

 

Lore:This monster cannot be normal summoned or set. This monster can only be special summoned during your opponents standby phase while Giratina is removed from play. During the end phase of your opponents turn return this monster to your hand. This monster cannot be destroyed by battle (damage is calculated normally).

 

[spoiler=Groudon]

Lore:1 Earth attribute monster + 1 Earth attribute monster + 1 Earth attribute monster

When this monster attacks destroy all trap cards on the field(If the card is face down destroy it automatically) and inflict 300 points of damage to your opponents life points.

 

[spoiler=Kiogre]

Lore:1 Water attribute monster + 1 Water attribute monster + 1 Water attribute monster

When this monster attacks destroy all face up spell cards on the field and inflict 300 points of damage to your opponents life points for each card destroyed.

 

[spoiler=Rayquaza]

Lore:1 Wind attribute monster + 1 Wind attribute monster + 1 Wind attribute monster

When this monster destroys an opponents monster in battle inflict damage to your opponents life point equal to the number of monsters on the field x 300.

These cards are okay, but the OCG is obviously wrong. The tip I can give you is to look at other Pokémon YGO sets.
