Effect:

"End Timer" + "1 or more non-Tuner monsters"

This monster cannot be Special Summoned except by Synchro Summon. This card gains 500 ATK for each Dragon-type monster in your graveyard. Also, this card is unaffected by any effect targeting this card other than this card's effect. If you activate this effect, return this card to the Extra Deck during the End Phase and add 1 "End Timer" from your Graveyard to your Hand.

 

I had to change the effect and type because apparently custom types aren't accepted, and if I do, everyone acts so mean.

I made more Chaos types, so that's a fail on you.

Either way, I have more reasons why you more fail than me.

 

1) Level 12 Standard Synchro. If you don't know what Standard Synchro means, go wiki Shooting Star Dragon (not the YCM member) or Scar-Red Nova Dragon.

2) Ultimate Rare. It proves noobishness, seeing as it's too easy to Summon. Look at Yubel's third form. Now that's a lot harder to Summon than this.

3) OCG Errors: "Chaos-Type" not "Chaos type", "Graveyard", not "graveyard", etc.

4) You can't activate it's effect, because it's a passive, not trigger. Passive = "While this card is face-up on the field, increase the ATK of all face-up monsters on the field", etc. Trigger = "When *insert scenario here*, *insert effect*, thus negating the last effect.

Stop arguing. All YCM'ers fail, including me, so it's no difference. *Gets shot*

 

I'd have to see End Timer to see how its balance goes. If it's LV 2, I'll kill you because of Yubel being LV 10. If it's LV 1, 5, 6 or more, I'll let it pass.

But the non-effecting power could be OP'ed. Only Honest can kill it if it's summoned.

 

Overall, the edited version I see there now is 7/10.

I capitalized Graveyard. And also, it's Tuner is hard get on the field because it cannot be normal summoned or set. Also, read the effect more carefully.
