Double E-mail Notification for 1 User's Reply

All of a sudden, I'm now recieving two e-mails for the same post someone made in my subscribed post. At first I thought maybe it was a double post that ended up having one of the posts deleted but I don't think so now as it seems to be for every reply I recieve e-mail notification. Is there any way to fix this?

User CP -> Edit Options

 

Click the box below 'Default Thread Subscription Mode'. Choose 'No email notification'.

 

Unless you actually like getting the notifications, then I can't really help you out with the double notification thing.

I do like getting notifications but it appears that it's only giving double notifications at times (which I guess is good). Maybe it's a glitch in the system here. It seems this site is the only one where I have this issue.
