Sub-Type??

well i tried a Sub-Type. its pretty much a gemini, but it could help you in a pinch. no monsters on your field you can normal summon it, and save ur life.

Good, but your OCG is kinda off. First things first, if it's "Cognic", you don't need effect after it.

 

Also:

It needed "hand" so you can play it from your hand as a spell

 

So the effect I don't get. What really makes this different than other monsters? Pretty much you can activate it as a spell and then summon it in the same turn. Or do you mean it can be "Normal Summoned" onto your S/T zone which means you've wasted your normal summon for the turn by playing it as a spell card?
