Lore: Until the End Phase of the turn this card was Summoned, your opponent must play with their hand revealed. Once per turn, you can pay 800 Life Points to look at the top card on your Deck. If it's a Spell or Trap Card, add it to your hand. If it's a monster, it is destroyed and this card's ATK is increased by 400. If this card's ATK is over 2500, it is destroyed.[/align]

I think someone one just equip Axe of Despair to this to self-destruct it. XD

 

I think it's OP, because there's an Equip for monsters that cancels out LP paying... but still: 8/10

good i like it though, exceeds should be "over"

original ATK should be 1700 and the ATk should increase by 200-300.

Pic is not so Psychicish but ok. So is the name.

OCG fix: 1st line= "Until the End Phase of the turn this card was Summoned, your opponent must play with their hand revealed."

Effect is alright.
