Standard and average card, yet nice try:

1. Firstly let me correct the OCG. I believe it should look a little something like this:

 

When a monster on your oppenent's side of the field selects a monster on your side of the field as an attack target, you can activate this card to negate the attack.

 

2. There are too many cards like this, i think you should try and make it do something more or give it a silghtly different effect.

 

3. Shouldn't Raditz be a monster, if you a dbz style negate attack you should use the image of instant transmition or a teleportation.
