Viera Cannoneer / Beast-Warrior Support / Need A Realistic Rate

Credit for this sweet picture goes to my good friend Cheasyman of DeviantArt. I didn't dare try to color it in Paint lest I ruin his lineart.

 

Explanation For The Picture: I asked Cheasyman to draw a Viera as a Cannoneer class in Final Fantasy Tactics, and then I thought it would make a good Yu-Gi-Oh card. I realize the name should qualify it for Pop Culture, but I think the effect is solid support for Beasts and Beast-Warriors.

 

 

You can remove a Beast-Warrior-Type monster in your Graveyard from play as a Tribute for the Normal Summon of this card. If you do this, this card's ATK is decreased by 700. You can discard a Level 4 or lower Beast or Beast-Warrior Type monster from your hand to destroy 1 card on the field. You can skip your Battle Phase and discard a Level 5 or higher Beast or Beast-Warrior Type monster to destroy 1 card on the field, and all cards in zones adjacent to that card.

Technically Viera expanded past FFT. >_<

 

On to the card! Me thinks it's ATK and DEF are a bit too powerful for a Level 6. It's last effect is pretty amazing (FFT inspired, eh?). It is a solid support, just the ATK/DEF is kind of, off; I see what you did with the RFP, but IDK, just seems off. 8~9/10.

Well, yes, but they didn't have a Cannoneer class in FFXI or XII.

 

But thanks for the rate, anyhoo. I was going for that.

 

And its ATK is the same as Summoned Skull, which is a really old card that's Level 6. I could lower the DEF, I guess.

I dunno, why is X-Saber Axel a Beast-Warrior? Viera are deeply connected to nature. Plus they've got rabbit ears.
