Not bad for a begginer but you should maybe make the atk and def increase by 700-1000 not 4500. Picture is O.K. And the start of the effect isn't bad.

OCG Fix:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Ritual Summoned by the Ritual Spell Card "End of Life". This card's ATK is equal to the number of Dragon-Type monsters in the Graveyard x700.

 

BTW, x4500 is WAY overpowered. It's not a bad attempt for a newbie though.

You should Amp it down to 500 or 700
