He edited all the cards and helped with the OCG and then I made them with the Maker. Now, before anyone reads anything else, I must say, we were going to have this set work like the Sin/EBI's with only one can be on the field, but anyone who reads these effects will notice that these all cannot be in a deck together. it would be impossible. Many may cry overpowered but with the difficulty in getting them onto the field and the fact they have high effect costs they have we think they are just right for a set that can rival the rare Gods. Sacred Beasts, and Wicked Gods. Hope you enjoy. Please leave good comments and input. Thanks. LCM-0001The Attribute of this card is also treated as Wind. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned while Gate Of The Old Ones is on the Field and by sending 3 Warrior-type Monsters from your hand, field, or graveyard. This card cannot be destroyed by battle (damage calculation still applies.) and cannot be targeted by Spell, Trap, and Effect Monster Effects. Once per turn, by paying half your life points, you can destroy every card on the Field but this card. LCM-0002The Attribute of this card is also treated as Fire. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned while Gate Of The Old Ones is on the Field and by sending 3 Pyro-type Monsters from your hand, field, or graveyard. This card cannot be destroyed by battle (damage calculation still applies.) and cannot be targeted by Spell, Trap, and Effect Monster Effects. Once per turn, remove from play up to 5 cards from your graveyard to make the ATK of this card 1000 x the nuber of removed from play cards until the End of your opponents next turn. LCM-0003The Attribute of this card is also treated as Water. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned while Gate Of The Old Ones is on the Field and by sending 3 Aqua-type Monsters from your hand, field, or graveyard. This card cannot be destroyed by battle (damage calculation still applies.) and cannot be targeted by Spell, Trap, and Effect Monster Effects. Once per turn, pay Life Points in intervals of 100 in order to decrease the ATK of one monster your opponent controls by the amount paid. LCM-0004The Attribute of this card is also treated as Earth. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned while Gate Of The Old Ones is on the Field and by sending 3 Beast-type Monsters from your hand, field, or graveyard. This card cannot be destroyed by battle (damage calculation still applies.) and cannot be targeted by Spell, Trap, and Effect Monster Effects. Once per turn, Tribute all monsters you control on the field except this card to remove the same number of cards from the top of your opponents deck from play. LCM-0005The Attribute of this card is also treated as Light. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned while Gate Of The Old Ones is on the Field and by sending 3 Spellcaster-type Monsters from your hand, field, or graveyard. This card cannot be destroyed by battle (damage calculation still applies.) and cannot be targeted by Spell, Trap, and Effect Monster Effects. Once per turn, by sending your entire hand to the graveyard, Special Summon as many Spellcasters from your Graveyard as possible (Ignoring any summoning conditions if any.) LCM-0006The Attribute of this card is also treated as Earth and Water. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned while Gate Of The Old Ones is on the Field and by sending 3 Reptile-type Monsters from your hand, field, or graveyard. This card cannot be destroyed by battle (damage calculation still applies.) and cannot be targeted by Spell, Trap, and Effect Monster Effects. Once per turn, by removing your entire graveyard from play, increase all reptile monsters ATK by 100 for each card removed from play. LCM-0007By Tributing this card you can search your deck for 1 Great Old One - Nyarlathotep Human Form and one Transformation of Nyarlathotep and add them to your hand. Neither ard can be played this turn. LCM-0008The Attribute of this card is also treated as Light and Dark. This card cannot be This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned while Gate Of The Old Ones is on the Field and by sending 3 Fiend-type Monsters from your hand, field, or graveyard. This card cannot be destroyed by battle (damage calculation still applies.) and cannot be targeted by Spell, Trap, and Effect Monster Effects. Once per turn, by sending up to 5 cards from the top of your deck to the graveyard, randomly remove the same number of cards from your opponents hand from play. LCM-0009This card can only be activated if there is one Gate Of The Old Ones on the Field. This card is used to Ritual Summon Great Old One - Nyarlathotep Transformed from your Hand to the Field. You must also remove 1 Great Old One - Nyarlathotep Human Form from your side of the Field and 2 Fiend-type Monsters from your hand or Field from play. LCM-0010The Attribute of this card is also treated as Dark. This card cannot be This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned while Gate Of The Old Ones is on the Field and with the Spell card Transformation of Nyarlathotep. This card cannot be destroyed by battle (damage calculation still applies.) and cannot be targeted by Spell, Trap, and Effect Monster Effects. Once per turn, by paying half your Life Points, this cards ATK becomes 5000 + the highest ATK monster on the field combined. LCM-0011As long as this card remains on the field, you can Special Summon any "Great Old One" Monster from your hand. (Following Summoning Conditions.) LCM-0012As long as a "Great Old One" is face-up on the field, this card cannot be effected by the Effects of Spells, Traps, or Effect Monster Effects. LCM-0013Equip this card to a "Servant of the Old Ones - Alhazred." Increase it's ATK by 1000. Remove this card from the Field when "Servant of the Old Ones - Alhazred." is destroyed. When this card is removed from the field you can pay 1000 Life Points to place this card on top of your deck. You cannot conduct a normal Draw Phase your next turn. LCM-0014As long as a "Great Old One" is face-up on the field, This card cannot be Targeted for attack. LCM-0015As long as this card remains face up on the field, increase your life points by 500 during you opponents End Phase. LCM-0016Discard one card. Special Summon one monster from your Graveyard to your side of the Field. When this card is sent to the graveyard pay 1500 Life Points to place it in your deck. Shuffle the deck afterwards.Also, this is NOT a pop culture set. This set was made for Realistic Cards. We put a ton of time doing OCG to try and get it right (we probably still have errors but no one is perfect), The pictures were edited heavily to make them visible, noticable, and decent enough to post, the whole card from name to level to Type/Attribute all the way to ATK/DEF and Effect was considered for almost 2 days, and so on so that it would be worthy of the Realistic Card section. And who is Blind_Idiot_User?Oh. Found The said member. They did a good job on their set. Very good job. Theirs is a Pop Culture set though. These were made specifically for Realistic cause I was tired of small allusions to H.P. Lovecraft in some of the cards and so forth, so I decided to do straight-forward cards. He goes by the Name Cthulhu on Myspace. He has millions. I also used his Cthulhu print. I would have posted a Shub-Niggurath but all the pics I found were either way wrong from Lovecrafts description, or were not appropriate for this forum so I didnt waste my time. Nyar and myself wanted to do this for a few weeks now so we finally did. I found/edited all the pics and did most of the OCG, and Nyar did the rest include posting them. To address the OPed part, It would be but with the difficulty in getting them on the field, and then the difficulty in using their effects I think it slightly has alittle balance. You could never use all of these cards in the same deck. It would be impossible to have them, plus all the cards you need. If you would build a Deck, it would be around one card. Cthulhu would get a warrior deck, Nyarlathotep a fiend, Yog-Sothoth a Spellcaster, and so on. I set Yog-Sothoths at 6000 because he needed to be above all the others since he is kinda like thier gate to our world and in many literature descriptions of him he is the wisest and strongest. Only Yig can rival his intelligence. Where I put Azathoth at 5000 I had to put Yog-Sothoth at 6000. I will try and fix it though Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
