There weren't any cars around, as it wasn't a very busy street. And the road was blocked by an ordinary fallen tree. My mom tried to stop but it was too late....or so we thought. We went [i']straight through[/i] the ghost tree. I looked back and my mom checked her mirror but the ghost tree had disappeared. Huh. By the way, this isn't sarcasm or a joke.
