Reading the name.. did you mean to put Volcanic* or was Volcantic on purpose?

also, monsters with 1900 or more def that require no tributes usually have low attack, this one has fair ATK, and great DEF. I think its just an okay card, because posting a Vanilla card with no support cards makes it sort of pointless. 4.5/10 until it gets support or an effect.

Love the name (maybe Volcanic Dragon is better) and picture. I really find descriptions on the card boring so add and effect.

i'm not sure, but maybe change the effect to this:

"Once per turn, when a monster your opponent controls with less DEF than this card, you can negate the attack." <- i fail at yugioh, but i think that mine is more correct than yours.

It's good, but I think the effect should be:

"Whenever an opponent's monster with less DEF than this card attacks this card, you may negate the attack. Then, this card loses 200 DEF.

Higher DEF and lower ATK would be good, too. Maybe 400/2400?

i think it'd be overpowered so much def for a lv 4, since with its effect, it'd be very hard to kill x;

Well... it would lose 200 DEF each time it used it's effect. I guess you're right, though. Ignore my comments!
