Im aware I suck at making tags but this one was made from scratch except the render so please dont leave mean comments.

Remove the text. You need more depth and blending.

It would help to work on overall basics.

Strangely, I can see the flow in this, and it is quite good. However, the line going over the face is quite distracting. The other random lines going over the focal seem to diminish the amount of depth. You fail to show good lighting, as the dot in the upper right corner, the really bright one, is on the side of the render where most of the shadows are. Although you tried to blend the render, you didn't quite actually get the smudgey brush over the render, but you did get it next to it. The text is too blurred, and doesn't really work with this tag. The composition wasn't the best, but, with a tag like this, I can sure say that you must be improving from the other tags that you have made. Finally, the colours work quite well with this tag, despite the fact that there is a blue. Maybe if you made some purplish-pinkish glow spots, and used them as the lighting, the tag may have turned out better.

 

And, although the rules say not to, I am going to rate this. Upon first look, it looks more like a 40% (or so), but, when you look at the finer aspects, I can clearly see this is atleast a...

I am going to say that, in rank wise, you are about a Low Novice, perhaps a Novice.
