The picture and name is okay. The OCG has some errors. The effect is plain.

I think if "Damon Drake" is going to have an effect that boosts its ATK/DEF, then its starting ATK/DEF shouldn't be that high (keep in mind that it only requires 2 tributes) Maybe change its original ATK/DEF to like, 2700?

 

and about "the Acme Rocket" card I think it isn't good at all... there are a lot of equip cards that increase a monsters attack by over 500 and can be equipped to any monster, with no drawbacks. Also getting a head 3/4 times is only a 25% chance ...so that means 75% of the time you will kill your own monster. I would change the ATK increase to 1000, and make it so that you only need 2 or more heads results.
