A lot of the pics are very good, but you need major OCG fixes, and some of these cards effects are just ridiculous... also it looks like some of the cards didn't get posted.

 

a few hints to help with future cards, and fixing some of these (somewhat).

Graveyard - when using this word in a card effect, it needs to be spelled completely (not grave) and it needs to be capitalized.

Special Summon/Normal Summon/Tribute Summon - when using these words in a card effect, both words need to be capitalized.

Attributes/Type - when using a card type or attribute, both the type, attribute, and words type and attribute need to be capitalized (ex. When Special Summoning a Dragon-Type monster...)

Card names - when using a card name in an effect the cards name needs to be in parenthesis

(ex. Special Summon a "Blue-Eyes White Dragon at the End Phase)

Trap/Spell - the words Trap and Spell, when referring to those types of cards needs to be capitalized.

Phases - when talking about the End Phase, Draw Phase, or Main Phase both words need to be capitalized.

 

ATK / DEF are only used when referring to a monsters ATK or DEF, use the words attack and defense when talking about a monster in defense position, or if a monster attacks.

 

hopes this helps you in the future.. to make balanced cards the best way is to study other peoples cards, or real cards.

Evil Gear - The Bound (you put an extra d on destroyed)

Blue Rock Constructor Dragon ("...on the field, or unequip this card.cannot be destroyed while in DEF position" needs to change too ("...on the field, or unequip this card. This card cannot be destroyed by battle while in defense position."

 

I didn't read every card mind you, some may be perfect, but for the ones I read you need some work, 3.5/10
