Then equip this card with "Griseous Orb." When this card is Special Summoned successfully, remove from play 1 card one your opponents side of the field. Once per turn, during your main phase, you can tribute 1 monster on your side of the field and remove from play cards on your opponents side of the field equal to the monsters attack x 700. When "Griseous Orb." Equipped with this card is destroyed and sent to the graveyard, you may Special Summon "Girtina (Altered Forme)" from your graveyard.

underlined part, i don't get it

 

It means if you tribute a monster with 1 ATK, you get to remove 1000 of your monsters from play, which is OP

No, Let's say you got a monster with 1400 att, if you tribute that monster, then you get to remove from play 2 of your opponents monsters, cause 700x2=1400. gosh, stop handing out your brains.
