While this card is on the field, your opponent cannot Summon a Level 7 or higher monster unless he/she pays 2000 Life Points. Once per turn, by sending 2 cards from your hand to your Graveyard, you can destroy all Level 6 or lower monsters. If this card is the only card on the field or if there are no other cards in your Graveyard, destroy this card. I think (there might have been a special condition for bumping in 12 hrs instead of 24, but I don't remember it at the moment.)Any way, I love the images.Jewelforger k and /Assault Mode are kinda overpowered, but whatever.R is also kinda op as you can get up to 3000 ATK added per turn.
