The card is very nice, a small OCG error here's a fix:

 

to return it to its owners hands.

 

FIXED: to return this card to the respective owner's hand.

 

I hope I helped out some, the card was great in Overall, I bet this would be a good set if you turned it into one. I bet you put some great effort into this card and want to get some constructive criticism only, I've been there too.

Thanks for rating, can you think of any combos? Maybe its special summoning effect can go well with Synchro Monsters...

Because it is very annoying, like you said you bother making a very nice card took like one hour and a half. And then you have 30+ views and few to no replies... just saying, anyway sorry my bad! :p

Okay, so I see a unique summoning condition here. But it might be a bit weak, because it's destroyed in the End Phase, and needs to be summoned in a different way to attack (not to mention that the summoning conditions are a giant hand loss). If it attacks, it can be good, and if you use a Level 1 Tuner as its pal, things get lolzy. Once you Synchro, pay some LP to get it back to your hand.

Pretty good, just erase the can't-battle-part and it's awesome. Now, 8.5/10.

Okay, well it also gain 200 ATK points for each card on your opponents field i think its just fine that way, when its Special Summoned that way it cant attack but, only for this turn. Nice & balanced right?

 

EDIT/ Ahh... One sec i get i found a dead end if you use the effect it cant attack but it gets useless since it is sent to the graveyard during the End Phase. Although you still have your normal summon and when you remove it from the field it gets back again to your hand, at the cost of 800 LP, so it is perfect for synchro summoning right?

Well, yeah. Maybe make it able to attack either way, and add:

If this card attacked, destroy it at the end of the Battle Phase.

To make it only either a LV 7 Malicious or an Attacker.

Its a pointless summon. Unless your trying to get rid of cards, or you sucessfully summon it without its own effect, it's pointless. It's summoned, cant attack, gains the attack bonus and then kaput... DEAD! But good try though. I love the way you think. Unique. I do have a question though... Can i have the font you use for the text pweeze :3

Thanx, and what do you mean its made with MSE(Magic Set Editor) and the font is Matrixboldsmallcaps i think its downloadable from the internet just google it.

Thanks for rating, but lol the funny thing i didn't see the member when i had the idea Hitokage=Soul in JAP. And as for the MSE thing, yes thank you for reminding me i know that its just i like JPEG better for some reason...
