The "" are unnessary when you're talking about Counters. It is only nessary with Tokens.

Rest of the OCG is ok.

Pic is good and fits the name.

Effect is ballanced enough, but you maybe want to make it "Each time a EARTH Monster is Normal Summoned.." to avoid abuse by Natura's (who special Summon a lot).

is this last part neccessary? Since it doesn't have any effects to remove a card from the field you can just write: "This card cannot be removed from the field by a card effect."

 

I like the card very much and I feel inspired to make a set for it^^ (But I won't cuz it's your card and I hate taking other's ideas)

I like the effects, good for the Rock-type deck i'm building, but I think it would be better as a Field Spell maybe?

Good card. Pretty balanced. But like Lexadin said, there's no need for the ""'s around the Counters. And I think the first part is:
