Hello, I'm Nabby-dude, for a while, I've been thinking of making my own YGO story, and then I found Fanfic, and it seemed like the perfect place to start. So I started Typing my story, and it took a LOOOONG time, but it kinda was backseat of importance, so here it is!

[spoiler=Prologue]

It was sunset, and even though the sky was blood red in color, no light reached the top floor of a tall building were to two figures stood in what looked to be an office of a CEO, or company president. Though it was hard to tell because the building's lights were all off. One shorter, tween (pre-teen) height, with big hair, and one taller with a long jacket, his back facing the other. "But big brother--" said the shorter one with a somewhat childish and familiar voice. "This is not up for debate, you need an education!" said the other, this one angrier, yet slightly more familiar, "But that's not the only reason I called you here." said the taller, in a calmer voice. "What is it?" asked the first voice. The taller took a deep breath, preparing to reveal his news, "I am giving up Duel Monsters to work full time at the company, and I want you to have my cards.” The shorter's voice grew a disdainful and frustrated tone. "But what about every thing you worked for, what about your rival?!” The taller one turned around, an emblem resembling a "K" crossed with a "C" shined on his collar with the little light that it could gather. The taller continued to walk out of the room, clearly distraught, leaving a stack of cards lying on the desk.

[spoiler=Chapter 1]

BEEP, BEEP, BEEP. An alarm clock reading 8:20 was ringing in a room not unlike any other. Except that, on one side of the room, cards were spread out on a desk in a very disorganized fashion, and on the other side of the room, posters of a certain boy with an upside-down golden pyramid hanging around his neck littered the wall. Immediately, another boy, this one with blonde, unruly hair, sat up in the bed. "I'm late!" he shouted with an "Oh-no!" type of expression on his face. He jumped out of bed, surprisingly dressed in a blue school uniform, grabbed a stack of cards from the messy desk, slung a backpack over his shoulder and ran out of the room. He ran out of a house where he presumably lived and turned left down the street. He passed an alley and skidded to a halt, and ran down it. He came out across the street from a school and stopped to take breath. RIIIING. The bell rang to start class and he started to run again.

"Yuki Sodo," said a teacher, standing at the front of a class appearing to be taking attendance, "Yuki Sodo?" she called again. "Here!" said the boy, sliding open the door to the classroom, gasping for breath. "Late again, Yuki?" she sighed "I guess you can take your seat.". Yuki walked toward his desk near the middle of the room. Ignoring the many giggles and sniggers from her class, the teacher clapped her hands together and made an announcement, "Now class, I have some very exciting news! We have a new student today!" as she said this, a boy with big, black hair walked into the room, wearing a blue uniform not unalike the ones being worn by the other boys in the class. "Good morning and welcome to class 1-B, I am Miss Joudama, and what is your name?" turning to the new student. "Mokuba Kaiba" said the boy in a solemn and bored voice edged with a hint of sadness. The children stared at him in awe, everyone knew who Mokuba Kaiba was. "Well Mokuba, you can take a seat next to Yuki," Miss Joudama said smiling, clearly oblivious to who this stranger was, "Yuki?" she said looking back at the class once again. Everyone turned to look at Yuki. "Me?" said Yuki, pointing to himself, clearly not registering what she was saying. Mokuba walked down the aisle and sat down at the empty desk to the right of Yuki. Immediately, people started whispering. "Kaiba, like that famous duelist?" said one student. "Don't you know, he was the Battle City commissioner." said another. "Now class, calm down. Please copy down what I'm writing on the board." said Miss Joudama, before she turned to face the blackboard behind her. Yuki stared at Mokuba until he looked up. "What?!" he whispered harshly. Yuki said the first thing that popped into his mind, "Wanna duel?".

"Where is he?!" said Yuki to himself in a frustrated tone. They had agreed to meet on the roof of the school that afternoon, but Mokuba had still not arrived. Just as he said this, Mokuba opened the door to the roof and stepped out. Yuki's eyes were immediately drawn to his arms. Each one was holding a Duel Disk. "Cool!" he said. Mokuba walked up to Yuki. Yuki watched as Mokuba strapped one of the Duel Disks onto his arm, "So I really get to keep this thing?" verified Yuki. "Only if you win." was Mokuba's reply. He walked to the other side of the building. Yuki examined the Duel Disk on his arm, fished his deck out of his pocket, and placed it in the appropriate slot on his Duel Disk. He looked over to Mokuba who was already drawing his hand. Yuki did the same. "I'll start!" Mokuba yelled. He drew a card. "I summon Kaiser Sea Horse (ATK: 1700) in attack mode!" Mokuba placed the card on a spot on his Duel Disk and an orb of light appeared in front of him. The orb slowly morphed into what looked like a knight mixed with, well, a sea horse. "I'll set one card face down and end my turn.” A hologram of the back of a Duel Monsters card appeared in front of Mokuba. "All right, now I'll show you what i got!" said Yuki as he drew a card. "All right!" he said, staring at his card. "I summon Chibi Hydra (DEF: 1000) in defense mode!".

He placed a card on his duel disk and what looked like a baby dragon with five heads appeared in front of him.

[spoiler=Chibi Hydra]126658.jpg[spoiler=Lore]This card cannot be destroyed by battle. When this card is Summoned or flipped face-up, put 5 Head counters on it. This card's ATK and DEF are equal to the number of Head counters on this card x200. When this card is attacked by a non-FIRE monster, after damage calculation, put 1 Head counter on this card. When this card is attacked by a FIRE monster, after damage calculation, remove 1 Head counter from this card this card. If this card has no Head counters on it destroy this card.

"I'll set a few cards face down and end my turn." said Yuki. Two holograms, each of the back of a Duel Monsters card, appeared in front of him. "I draw," called Mokuba. "and activate the card Dragon Summoning." he declared, showing the card he just drew.

[spoiler=Dragon Summoning]126658o.jpg[spoiler=Lore]Select one Dragon-type monster from you deck and Normal Summon it (Tributes are required for monsters Level 5 or higher)

"Dragon Summoning let's me summon a dragon monster from my deck, but I still have to tribute monsters on my field to summon ones with high levels." sliding his deck out of the slot on his Duel Disk, Mokuba fanned it out and began searching for a card. "I think I'll summon Blue Eyes White Dragon(ATK: 3000)!" he yelled, showing the card he just plucked from his deck. Expertly sliding his deck back into its slot, and placing the card on his Duel Disk almost simultaneously, Yuki looked on, astonished. "Bu..but you only have one monster on the field! Blue Eyes is a level 8 monster!" he stuttered. "True, but, Kaiser Sea Horse counts for two monsters when being tributed for a light attribute monster." said Mokuba. Kaiser Sea Horse quickly morphed into two small orbs of light, which then fused into one, larger, orb, this one morphed into a shiny blue dragon with claws that looked sharp enough to slice a lion into pieces. "I also activate Ultimate Offering, letting me summon my Spear Dragon (ATK: 1900) from my hand." (LP: 4000 - 500 = 3500) Mokuba said as he placed a card on his Duel Disk and a blue and cream dragon with a long, pointy nose materialized in front of him. "Now Spear Dragon, attack his Chibi Hydra with Dragon Spear Strike!" Mokuba pointed at the hologram of Yuki's card and Spear Dragon leaned forward and thrust himself, nose first, at Chibi Hydra. "But there's mo re, when my dragon attacks a monster in defense position, the difference is subtracted from your life points." Spear Dragon hit Chibi Hydra and continued to attack Yuki (LP: 4000 - 900 = 3100). As Spear Dragon returned to his spot on the field, changing into defense position (DEF: 0), Mokuba stared at the seemingly unharmed form of Chibi Hydra. "What happened, why isn't it destroyed?" asked Mokuba angrily. Yuki smirked, "Because Chibi Hydra doesn't get destroyed, only his heads do," as Yuki said this, one of Chibi Hydras heads fell off its neck, and slowly, two new heads grew from it. "and when one of Chibi Hydra's heads is destroyed, two heads, along with 100 attack points, grow back to take its place!".(ATK of Chibi Hydra: 1100) Mokuba stared at his opponent, his eyes betraying the calmness that covered his face. "I end my turn.” "Great! I draw," Yuki said, drawing a card, "I summon Red Warrior! (ATK: 1600)". "pfft That thing's no match for my Blue Eyes." remarked Mokuba, a smile of satisfaction on his face. "It doesn't need to be, I just want to activate this card." said Yuki taking a card from his hand and sliding it into a slot in his Duel Disk, "Blinding Light activate!"

[spoiler=Red Warrior]126658.jpg[spoiler=Lore]An experienced warrior clad in red. He would protect an ally, no matter the cost.

[spoiler=Blinding Light]126658.jpg[spoiler=Lore]Tribute one LIGHT monster on your side of the field, destroy one monster on your opponent's side of the field.

"By tributing my Red Warrior, I can destroy your Blue Eyes!". Red Warrior morphed into a ball of light, raised about two feet above the ground, a shot itself towards Blue Eyes. Mokuba raised his hand out in front of him, "Trap activate, Shift! This card let's me redirect your attack at my Spear Dragon.". The light immediately strayed from its path and slammed into Spear Dragon who exploded into pieces. "Whatever, as long as I can activate this!" one of Yuki's face-down card swung upwards and a trap card showing a ghost and a dragon spinning around in a circle was revealed, "Haunted Fusion activate! By removing from play the Red Warrior in my graveyard and the Blue Warrior in my hand, I can fusion summon Purple Warrior (ATK: 2300)!” As Yuki said this, a knight clad entirely in purple armour rose from the giant card hologram of Haunted Fusion and stepped forward, onto his own, purple, card. “This is getting interesting.” Mokuba smirked.

[spoiler=Haunted Fusion]126658.jpg[spoiler=Lore]Pay 500 life points and remove from play Fusion Material Monsters that are listed on a Fusion Monster Card from your hand, Graveyard, or your side of the field, and Special Summon that Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck.

[spoiler=Blue Warrior]126658.jpg[spoiler=Lore]This card is unaffected by spell cards.

[spoiler=Purple Warrior]126658.jpg[spoiler=Lore]"Red Warrior" + "Blue Warrior"

When fusion summoning "Brown Warrior", you can substitute this card for any one "Red Warrior" AND any one "Blue Warrior" as fusion material monsters. This card is unaffected by the effects of spell cards. Once per turn, you can tribute one monster on the field to increase this card's ATK by 1000.
