Can You Rate My Third Card?

Here's my third card. And sorry if I'm posting too much. And help me with the OCG errors (I'm not very good at it).

 

So before I post the card, I wanna explain the name:

 

Basile= Royal

Pteryx= Winged

Draco= Dragon

Aruak= A name of a City I made up by pressing random letters.

 

So in total, the name means, "The Royal Winged Dragon of Aruak".

When this card is successfully Synchro Summon, you can randomly draw 1 card from your opponent's Graveyard. If the card you draw is a monster card, you can equip it to this card and increase the ATK of this card by 400 points. If it is not a monster card, decease the ATK of this card by 400 points.

 

 

 

P.S- Is this picture overused?

YES I will rate your third card. No, the image isn't overused. In fact, I haven't seen it before. Others may have, but I haven't. "Successfully" isn't THAT needed, but you can still have it. The OCG is pretty solid.

It's balanced, but boring. It's basicly a Semi-Union, though union don't decrease there ATK when a Spell is equipped.

It's ok. 8/10

Well, putting a little more "SPAZ" in it could do some work, like putting something in it that most card's don't have. Make up an effect that isn't even in the OCG. But use correct OCG.

To be honest with you, I just made up the effect when I was in my bed. I know it sounds funny, but that's when I could think the best at.

Can't remember. But I used to have a card just like it (Cept it wasn't a Synchro and had lower ATK), and I think the whole "draw a card, if it's ___, increase ATK by ____" is a bit sort of... overused. Imho.

OCG:

"1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

Underpowered for a Synchro. It's a simple stat gain (or loss), and it's not very much. With it being a Level 8 Synchro, I would expect to see either higher stats, since Synchros are overpowered in their very nature, or have an effect more powerful than a search of your opponent's Graveyard for a stat gain only to have it lose ATK due to bad luck. I'd change the effect, preferably something around Dragon-Type monsters, since you have a dragon pic (why is the type Winged-Beast??), and the name would've suggested Dragon-Type support. On another note, the monsters required for its Summoning are very generic, make it more specific; maybe make it "1 Dragon-Type Tuner + 1 or more Dragon-Type non-Tuner monsters"? Just a thought.

Let's see...rearrange the words a little, get rid of "The", do some editting, and I ended up with this:

Pic is good though.

 

Overall, I give the card a 5/10, since the OCG is a bit off and the effect is very basic and UPed (underpowered) for a Level 8 Synchro.

The Winged Beast thingy was a typo. was I planning to create a card that was a Winged Beast-Type but then I changed my mind and created a dragon. But I forgot to change it to dragon. And thank you for your honest rating. It tells me I have to improve. Thanks for the OCG fix, I'm terrible at it. And since it's my third card and I didn't know what Synchro monster was until yesterday, I thought it was a good place to start :).
