You can Special Summon this card from your hand by removing from play 1 "Ally of Justice" monster that you control. When this card is Normal Summoned you can remove from play as many LIGHT monsters from either player's Graveyard. This card gains 100 ATK for each LIGHT monster removed from play. When this monster battles a non-DARK monster, destroy that card without applying Battle Damage.

Seems a little OP'd to me. What happens if your opponent has no Light-type monsters in their deck? You pretty much win the duel straight away. I think it should be something more realistic, like "If this card battles a non-Light type monster, that card loses 500 ATK during the battle phase" or something. Also, if you have a purely Light deck and remove almost all your cards from play... this thing becomes invincible. Perhaps set a max no. of monsters removed from play by that effect?

 

7/10 for good OCG but poor balance.

AOJ should be all DARK. I think. Also, lolz at the right end of the pic's lore. Space!

 

It being LV 7... should have its own Special Summoning Ability, like "This card can be Special Summoned from your hand when there are more than 2 DARK Monsters on your opponent's side of the field." Now, slightly UP'ed.
