Sirce
Rawrz >O<[spoiler=Lore]As long as this card remains face-up, cards can only be sent to the Graveyard by either being destroyed on the field or being activated on the field or hand. When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, place 1 Threshold Counter on this card (max.3). During either player's turn, you can remove 3 Threshold Counters from this card to activate a Trap Card in your Graveyard and return that card to the top of your Deck. ~Duo~
I don't see how first effect works. Does it negate effects? Does it remove them from play? Does it prevent players from using those card effects? I think the Trap Card effect is a little OP. 8/
Sirce
You know how milling works right o.o, it doesn't allow any cards to be thrown into the Graveyard from your Deck or Hand unless you activate them from your hand or field. Same for monsters X:[edit] So instead of "sending the top 3 cards from your Deck to the Graveyard", it just does nothing if this card is on the field. As well as discarding a card, it just does nothing ._., though I didn't need to put that in there since it's already implied.
