Manpole
I will turn this into an entire deck over the next couple of days, but what do you think of the ones I've made so far? Elven Warlock effect: This card can be Special Summoned to the field by discarding 1 face-up "Elf" or "Elven" monster you control. Whenever you activate a Spell card, you can change its effect to - "Destroy 1 card in your opponents Spell and Trap card zone, and inflict 300 direct damage to their Life Points."Elvish Pact effect: Activate this card when you control an "Elf" or "Elven" monster. Place 3 Spell counters on this card. Add 1 Spell counter to this card when a monster is successfully summoned to your side of the field. If your opponent controls more monsters than you do, your opponents monsters cannot attack until this card is destroyed. Remove 1 Spell counter from this card at each of your End Phases. This card is destroyed when there are no Spell counters on it.

ImmortalD
Personally I feel the effects are too OP'ed. they seem to have a lot of positives without many (or any) drawbacks. Pictures are okay, some are worse than others. Overall 6/
