This might be to OP imo.

[spoiler=Lore]When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent or destroys a monster by battle, you can decrease this card's ATK by 300 to have this card attack again. If you control 3 or more face-up monsters except this card, you can Tribute 1 face-up monster you control to have this card gain 400 ATK. Each time a monster is destroyed by battle, inflict 200 damage to the owner of that card.

Pretty OP'ED. Level 6. Can attack more then once. gains 400 atk -_- Really?

Actually you can only do it if you have 5 monsters because it said "If you control 3 or more face-up monster except this card". I'm pretty sure your opponent won't let you have more than 4 monster at the most. Unless you run Blackwings to use as fodders.
