1 "Fortune Lady" monster + Stardust Dragon

This card's name and Attribute is also treated as the "Fortune Lady" monster used to Summon it. During each of your Standby Phases, increase the Level of this card by 1 (max.12). Increase this card's ATK by 300 for each Level gained this way. Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 "Fortune Lady" monster from your Graveyard to activate one of the following effects:

• Remove from play 1 monster on the field until your End Phase.

• Special Summon 1 "Fortune Lady" monster from your Deck to your side of the field.

• Look at the top 2 cards of your opponent's Deck. Select one and send it to the Graveyard.

• Negate the effect of 1 Spell card, Trap card, or monster effect that destroys card(s) on the field and destroy it.

• Remove from play 3 "Fortune Lady" monsters from your Graveyard to negate the activation of a Spell or Trap card.

I don't like the pic and the holo border is badly rendered around the top of the card. It is easy to summon, packs a punch and it's added effects go from overpowered (Special Summon a Fortune Lady from your Deck) to absolutely pointless (remove 3 Fortune Ladies to negate a Spell or Trap).

 

The OCG is off in places too. Not realistic, generally quite bad.

I don't have much to say about this one except, that it has it's ups and downs with the effect and OCG too.

I find it a good card, but I agree, it's too easy to Summon, resulting in OPness. It's creative, kinda, though. 8/10
