yea its a prety cool card but this part is wrong "This card cannot be Special Summoned. You must Tribute 3 monsters to Normal Summon this card (You cannot Set this card). The Normal Summon of this card cannot be negated. When this card is Normal Summoned" cuz it must say when succesfuly synchro summened not normal summoned. so other than this this card is awesome and the game just needs a synchro "god card" so good job bro 8.5/10

OK, normally, I would say this card is cool, but you copy and pasted WORD BY WORD the text on the actual effect monster. The only thing you added was 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters. Therefore, the effect doesn't even make sense. You can't Normal Summon a Synchro monster... Im sorry if I;m being rude - I'm usually quite lenient, but this is just plagiarism...

 

Here is the EXACT wording on the actual card:

This card cannot be Special Summoned. You must Tribute 3 monsters to Normal Summon this card (You cannot Set this card). The Normal Summon of this card cannot be negated. When this card is Normal Summoned, the effect of Spells, Traps and Effect Monsters other than this card cannot be activated. If this card is Normal Summoned, you can pay Life Points until you have 100 Life Points left. This card gains ATK and DEF equal to the amount paid. Also, you can pay 1000 Life Points to select and destroy 1 monster on the field.
