@Infinity: Meta is a term for the decks that are popular in tournaments and are used by the majority of Duelists, like Blackwings and Lightsworns

 

As for the card itself:

Name: Granite Reaper?

Stats: Never got why cards ended in 50 instead of 00, but it does its job as a wall effectively 2/5

Effect: Seems a bit OPed but it could also turn around and bite you in the you-know-what if the opponent pulls out any of the Helioses. 1/2
