Good card, but I think it's OP'd. 2500 ATK plus you can return 1 monster to your opponent's deck plus you get a Lv 2 WIND monster when it's destroyed. I don't think the negative effects balance it out very well. IMO, you should lower it's ATK somewhat. Still very good though. 8.9/10

This card is OP'd IMO. Level 6 with Level 8-rank ATK/DEF, no real draw back except that it can't be Special Summoned. It lets you return 1 monster to the deck every turn and remove 1 card in your Graveyard from play. Both are extremely beneficial in most situations. It's destruction then allows a WIND-Tuner to be chained easily.

 

Cosmetically speaking, the picture has an obvious Watermark on it and isn't really suited for the Yugioh card. Although the artwork in general is well done.

I suggest lowering it's stats considerably. I'd Say ATK to 2200 and DEF to around 1500, 1600.

 

I'd remove the Remove from play part altogether and put some sort of cost to the Return to Deck part.[/align]
